    15² or smaller, steel or aluminum okay. Hope to find a Bianchi B_SS.
    Cosmetic condition is not too important, scratches okay. Nothing that
    compromises frame integrity.

    Budget is approximately $200 for frame and fork combo, more or less
    depending on what is available.
