I need a particular rim (or wheel) from the 80's or maybe early '90s
that Cannondale made which has a black center with silver braking
surfaces. I'm looking for this model to to put an early Beast of The
East into period-correct componentry.

If you can't find the specific rims you are looking for, check out
www.alexrims.com . They have many black rims with silver brake tracks.
