for a 22" mtb frame. 1" headtube is ~147mm, 1" steertube on original
fork was ~185mm long, headset is 1" Shimano 600 (don't know stack height).
Chrome, painted, don't care as long as it is serviceable. No exotic
materials, no suspension.
