I have a Nitto moustache bar 26.0 mm diameter and "matching" technomic
stem (80 mm quill type for 1" steerer tube), installed and used only
for a couple of rides. Personally I didn't like the moustache bar but
some people do, so my loss is conceivably your gain. My cost was ~$110
for the bar and stem. Both yours for $75 postpaid in the US, or the
bar only for $50. -
