WTB: DMT road shoe adapters for 3-hole cleat pattern

I have a pair of DMT road shoes (Chrono X?) that require an adapter
for different pedal systems. I'm looking for DMT shoe adapters for
3-hole, Look-style cleats. The adapter is
sort of oval shaped, two screws to mount to the shoe in the center and
two 'ears' at about 10 and 5 o'clock, if I remember correctly (they're
not in front of me at the moment).Upland Sports and all of the dealers I've
contacted report no availability.These are older road shoes, but I used them
indoors for a
couple of seasons, so they're still in super condition and I'd like to
use them with some new 3-bolt pattern cleats (I had been using a 4-bolt
pattern and have the DMT shoe adapter for that cleat). The adapter is
