  1. I' m looking for a 40 spoke 135 7/8 spd 700c rear wheel or parts to build
    one .

  2. Hi Dennis,

Have a brand new super duty touring rear wheel consisting of a Shimano
FH-HF07 XT-level tandem hub (high flange, 40 hole, *no* threading for
drum brake) spaced to 135mm OLD, mated to a silver Mavic T519 rim with
40 stainless spokes using brass nipples. Matching silver XT skewers
included. This is all top quality kit, all brand new -- the wheel has
never had a tire mounted on it. Built as an ultra-reliable touring
wheel, but never used. Here's a link showing the hub (but the hub in
the photo is threaded for a drum btake, it comes both ways):

This can be used with 7, 8, 9 or 10 speed Shimano cassettes with equal
success, though a 7 speed cassette requires the use of a $2 spacer
    behind the cassette.

This cost well over $250 to assemble, will sell for less than the cost
of the rear hub alone -- $120 + shipping (probably $15 or so).

    Let me know if interested.

    Cheers,

    -Jack
