Um ... to my rather unexperienced eye, these joints look poorly crafted. Are knowledeable folks impressed when seeing a frame that looks like this? Did I miss something?
These are the joints of a Scott CR1. As Alienator mentioned. Ruegamer makes all of his frames by hand, alone. He does an excellent job, building them to exact specifications. As Alienator also mentioned, he does more than frames (thanks, by the way). If you would rather buy a frame just because it looks 'nice'. Then you may need to learn a thing or two.

Geez, Bobby, take it easy-you're starting to sound eerily a lot like carbonguru...now while I try to decide if you indeed represent the company 😉 , take a smathering on the following from www.fairwheelbikes.com

Slathering of what? Did you go through the whole site and see that FWB happens to be a Ruegamer dealer? Did you see the Ruegamer frames there?
I'm a big fan of alloy but the way that UD carbon on the custom rue reflects in the sunlight actually makes me want a carbon frame. I'd still love a pegoretti.
The CR1 pic was to demonstrate that big name high quality frames have joints which, under that unnecessary cosmetic (weight adding) layer of carbon, essentially look more sloppy than the joints on a custom 1-man job. not too bad.
And I have a secret, I AM CARBONGURU, HAHAHAHA *throws head back and laughs like an evil genius* 😄:p

The UD wrap at the joints can and does appear differently in photos and in real life, whether it's got a clear coat on it or not. I got to run my paws over one of his frames, and I can verify that the work on the frame was first rate, just as good as any Parlee I've fondled, or any other frame.

The Corrado is a plug and play frame from Ruegamer made as a more "pricepoint" frame. It doesn't use wrapped joints. Instead it's pre-made lugs and tubes.

Let me tell you, the guy has color schemes/ paintjobs that blow the mind!

Any new bikes? How is the view from up there on the podium? Did you get that big snow storm in mt.peaks? Is this your new bike line? Did Luca pull just Roi or is Zefiro gone too? Can you say some really crazy thing just for old times sake? I have some extra time over the holidays and it would be fun to wing you around again.
