In February of 1982, when he was 55 years old, my husband was diagnosed
with Testicular Cancer. He had surgery (recovered quickly from that) &
then his oncologist suggested a radiation program "just to be on the
safe side". This was a little harder as it affected is energy level
during & post for awhile.
However, he seems to have fully recovered as he's had no recurrence of
cancer anywhere in his body since, save he occasionally develops basel
cell cancers on his face, though none in the last five years. At 75
he's still an ardent downhill skier, but gave up deep sea diving several
years ago as it was "too strenuous".
Now that we know about alternative medicine (which we didn't in 1982), I
wonder what his chances would have been if he had seen a naturopath or a
homeopathic practitioner instead of going the "traditional" route?
