  1. Anyone hear Paul Harvey yesterday?

He reported that, during a bike race in Slovakia, a student entered in the
race got a flat front tire five miles into the 35 mile race. Apparently
there was no neutral support and he couldn't afford spare tubes. He
finished by doing a 30 mile wheelie. According to Mr. Harvey, it's a world
record. You can hear the story on Paulharvey.com. It's the Wednesday (9/1)
    morning show.

  2. yeah, but what's the rest of the story?

    Sorry to burst the Bubble:

Kurt Osburn rode the first coast-to-coast wheelie, 2,839.6 miles, from
Hollywood California, to Orlando, Florida, from April 13 to June 25, 1999
    (with rest stops).

I believe Guinness havd Sanctioned or Approved the feat
