  1. My doctor tells me I got a slightly hiper-kyphosis in my Lombar to
Dorsal vertebrae and he told me I could continue to workout but had to
    take special care.

Is there some "treatment" I can add to my workouts to improve my back
condition such as stretching and using the Swiss Ball perhaps? I know
this sounds more like physiotherapy sort of question than fitness
related but he told me many people with my condition can improve their
kyphosis in the gym as much as a physiotherapy clinic.

Any help and suggestions, tips, would be appreciated.

    André
