I'm looking for a way to fit working out better into my day, so I've
decided to start working out more at home, because i can never manage
to make it to the gym during the day. and i hate the gym - i feel very
self conscious there, anyway - it makes me not want to be there, being
stared at, etc. and i have a small apartment (and am pretty poor these
days), so i can't afford to buy a treadmill or anything.
i've turned to the world of dvds to try and combat this - i know i have
to keep working out despite my irrational gym fear, because it's
important to my "get healthy" plan. any rec for good at home workouts?
I signed up a couple of days ago for a program called PUSH, which will
send me a customized workout dvd every month and vary it up according
to my priorities. it seems pretty cool - is anybody familiar with it or
use it? i'd love to compare notes on it, and hear what you think.
