ok, im new, so i might be starting something thats already been said (sorry if i am!!)
but anyway, i've been rading for er.......a while, off road and recently (2 months back) bought i road bike, plus spd's cos i use them on my mountain bike. Since i have started timetrainling i've got alot faster quicker and broke the records in the local club (now this isnt boasting) but the only reason for this is that the last woman to ride at the club was my mum!! all the local clubs also seem to have a distinct lack of women riders, esp juniors....
is this the same everywhere? because im having to train on my own because there are no women and i dont really fancy riding with men, but is this my only option???
oops ok, ignore me, i've just discovered the womens section!!! lol, sorry!!:o
sure its okey, your a women cyclist and any woman with a nice [censored] and a nice pair of legs can make as many mistakes as they like as far as i'm concerned, sure there are many other cyclist out there that feel the same way too, i hate training with men. truthfully i'd rather be on my own.
but with a nice [censored] in front of me i bet i could ride all day 🙂 at whatever speed she wanted.
Hello Jene -- you responded to my other post, What's the weight of a small pro cyclist ?
Well, anyway, you said you were semi pro? What Cat do you race in? How many miles did you train so far this year ? What is your top speed in the flats with no wind ? What's your avg mph at 80% Max Heart Rate. At 85% MHR?
Asking cuz I'm curious.
I've lost all the weight I needed to from biking 1589 miles so far this year. Went from 192 to 162.8 lbs. I'm a 35 yr old man.
I guess I don't have the motivation to train to race because I don't have "aerobic talent." At 77.8% MHR I average only 16.5 mph / 85.4% MHR @ 18 mph.
