  1. Forgive me, folks, but I just can't keep up with these
    messages!

Whew. Anyway, last week's WI: 249 last week's Excercise: 3
    curves, 1 3-mi walk, 1 yoga

This week's WI: 250 (d'oh!) [but the 19th was my measuring
    day @ Curves--lost a total of 4.75 inches]; at the Dr.'s
office on Weds, I was 248, so *meh*

The dietician at Curves is working with me on her own plan
"starting Monday." There is one for "carb-sensitive"
people and one for "calorie-sensitive". Depending on your
history and your food cravings, habits, etc., one method
may work better than the other. I am definitely carb-
sensitive. The diet resembles south beach, based on
glycemic index. I am really looking forward to doing this
    and anticipate good results.

  2. They have a dietician at Curves, huh? That's neat!!
    Good luck!!

  3. I think ours is getting one. The only problem is their
program is a low-carb diet closer to the South Beach plan so
talking to a Curves dietician might help you much.
