    Hello all I recently started training with power and purchased WKO+. I have done the 20 minute threshold test and have determined my threshold power and functional threshold power.

    Do I put my threshold power or functional threshold power value into WKO+ to calculate my power training zones?

    Depends on the training schema with which you wish to train.

    If you plan to use Coggan Power Levels enter FTP. Then from the pull-down select calculate power zones --> Coggan power levels.
