Thoughts on whether one should us the "include zeros" option in WKO+ when creating distribution charts(power, cadence, hr, etc.)? Since most all of my rides are on the road I'm leaning towards not including zeroes since 99% of them are the result of unavoidable things (stop signs/lights, traffic, turns, etc.)

Just clone the chart, set one with zeros and one without. See which gives you the info that you are looking for.
I just leave 'em in. The zero time is a useful number in races, knowing how much time you don't pedal can be an indicator of how effectively you are protecting yourself in the bunch (but it might also be an indicator of lots of descending).
