Last winter sometime, about March '06, someone posted about a vendor
which sold custom fitted, fleece lined tights. I've looked in the
archives and can't find anything. The name "Young" was in website URL,
as I recall.
Appreciate the help.

Don't know your reference but try www.boure.com
I've been very happy with everything I've bought there and they do
custom sizing as well.
