    It's that time of the year! Time to do your Homework!
    The off-season is where you'll MAKE the season in 2009.
    Get one of my Winter Wattage plans complete with weight training schedule, suggestions for cross-training, indoor workouts and more!

    Very affordable in this trying economy, they could be a nice alternative to hiring expense cycling coach.
