  1. Okay, I have one week to prep my body for a fast paced century ride next Sunday, Nov 5th, that a bunch of friends are doing. I won't have a bike until later in the week to ride on the roads, so I thought it would be fun to hear some ideas for a one-week schedule on my trainer (the bike sitting on the trainer has no brakes or shifters, which means no riding on the road).

I have done almost no riding the past month (maybe 3 hours a week of no significance), but plenty of jogging, as this is the off season for racing. I have massive experience and don't need lessons on training (cat1 - 16 years racing), so just give me some fun, but laborious sessions that'll shock the old system into thinking it is ready next Sunday.
