Bit of a curiosity one, but I have at home a cheap LED "wind up" torch (handy for emergencies, never any dead batteries when you need it), and a cheapie tesco wind up radio in the bathroom (for similar reasons !). The latter also incorporates a rather decent high intensity LED torch. Both are similar in intensity to those Petzl head mounted LED sets you get, one of which is doing duty as a front light at present.
So, does anyone make such a thing as wind up bikelights. I know dynamo / rechargeable systems are available, but I am thinking more of something self contained and removable like a battery set as my main use would be a ten minute daily station commute - and I don't like the idea of leaving anything "light-like" on the bike to tempt a thieving little scrote.
