Cannondale EX Octalink Crankset. ($39)
I've measured the width of my bottom bracket 'tube', and it appears to
be 68mm.
Now for the questions:
1. Will these two work together?
The Nashbar page says it will.

Most Bianchi's sold in the US take BSC threaded BB's. This is BSC
threaded (1.37"x24tpi, left side standard thread, right side reverse
thread).

Chains, derailleurs, cassettes, etc. do not give one whit about your
BB, or your crankset. Front derailleur and crankset might be an issue
if the chainrings are significantly different than in the past, but
doubt that so do not worry about these unrelated parts.

Crank puller, whatever tools are needed to remove old BB, a Shimano
splined BB tool to install the new BB, probably a 14mm socket and
wrench to remove the old crank bolts and an 8mm allen wrench to install
new crank bolts. Oh, that brings up a point. I do not think the BB
comes with crank bolts and I doubt your old ones will work with this
BB. Your old crank bolts are probably M6 and that BB uses an M8.
Might want a torque wrench, too, to make sure you get those bolts in
there nice and tight.

Cannot comment on the crankset, but I have put many thousands of miles
on the Ultegra Octalink BB's; simple to install, last a long time,
worry free.
