I'd use it if I got it for free or practically free, but right now it's
at $88 plus shipping. No thanks! You just can't tell what sort of
problems that damaged headset seat might cause.

in theory, that would be a great candidate for a shimmy-resistant frame,
but it's clearly been in a fork-breaking crash. i therefore wouldn't
buy it. there are plenty of options on decent quality, low price
big-tube aluminum frames. imo, some of the nashbar options are unbeatable.
