soon as you say someone is clean, the give a positive test. But yeah, I'd agree, Wiggins is about as clean as you get towards proving a negative.

but I won't put the clean kibosh on him, even Mcgee, who everyone says is clean, and has a "no injections" clause in his contract.

I think those guys are about as clean as it gets. If they could add 15% wattage on top of their thresholds, imagine the engines they would be. Like 2 x Jens Voigts on a tandem. But as individual riders.
