In the middle of Worcester today on my tourer, I filtered up the right side of a queue of traffic and stopped at the stop line in front of a red light. At this location (one-way coming from where I was) a lot of traffic joins from the right and it's a box junction. The lights change, the cars stay still, I stay still because there isn't even enough space to walk between the cars on the box junction. The lights change back to red. The junction starts to clear and more cars from the right enter it. The car beside me at the red light and the one behind it pull through the red light so they're both past the stop line. The one behind (with his windows down) starts pointing and ranting to his passenger about all these people coming from the right (on a green signal). The lights change to green. I ride slowly past him and suggest to him that he's in no position to criticise anyone seeing as he just drove through a red light. You should have seen the scowl on his face! I carried on my way ;o)

Similar situation for me around Swiss Cottage approaching from King Henry's Road. Traffic at a standstill and becomes a free-for-all whereby people who couldn't go when the light was green go through when it's red.
On my bike had a green signal and continued ahead. Oncoming car (who did have green light) tries to turn right but I indicate to block his progress. Told him that they complain enough if we go through red lights but this one was green...
