  1. We have made health into a religion, and we fret terribly about our
salvation. We slam with extreme malice anyone who disagrees with us.
Hey!!! There is no physical salvation. We are all doomed to physical
death. Don't worry so much about your health. Yes, pain is a [censored],
and I will try to avoid it. But we are all going to die. Get used to
    it.

If you believe in an afterlife, then I guess the future doesn't seem
so grim. If you don't, then I guess that life pretty much sucks.
Otherwise, don't worry about it so much.

I can assure you, there is an afterlife. And you won't be able to
take your health with you. You will be taking with you how you have
treated others and upon what feelings/intentions you have acted. If
you slam people, including people in this forum, with extreme malice,
then that is the bed that you will be laying in after your body
    expires.

How ironic it is that people slam others with extreme malice over
disagreements about things that are going to pass away, that do not
last. What you do to others will last much longer in your experience
    than your physical health.

We think that be are benefitting ourselves by being right about
something that will not last, to the point of deliberately hurting
others. Wow. That doesn't work. How we treat others is how we are
treating ourselves. Preserve and enhance our bodies and smash our
    hearts/spirits; what a great idea!

Lighten up. This health business is sort of a serious hobby, but not
more serious than how we treat each other.
