I have been willing to ASSuME that the Pepperidge Farm Natural Whole Grain Bead that states "unbromated stone ground 100% whole wheat flour" is really a whole grain bread. Is it?
I am less confident in Hannaford's Enriched Thin Spaghetti 100% Pure Semolina. The ingredients state "made from 100% pure durum semolina". Is this really 100% whole grain?

If it says whole wheat, that generally intimates that they used the whole grain.

It does not say "whole grain" or "whole Semolina" so their might be some doubt. Contact the company. I'm sure they have a website.

There's a toll-free phone number on the package. I'll give it a call.
