It's interesting the Euskaltel team docs have been 'congratulated' by UCI
folks for bringing 'stability' to their riders' parameters in recent
times, ie. the team was under suspicion for more than the regular >50%
HTC cases before races.Point is: they haven't really raced since the Dauphine.... or they have
been haplessly racing clean.... and so they have acquired the ProTour
spot that had come under clouds. All well in Heinland.
