After talking with my mechanic, he said that to true wheels with flat spokes you need a special tool to hold the spokes so they don't turn. Basically you use a regular spoke wrench to true the wheel as usual, but you need some second tool that keeps the spoke from turning. Any idea what it is called and where I can buy it?
