Which Seat?

Seriously though, Try your LBS, they will normally let you buy a saddle and take it home to try it out on a few rides to see how you like it. (If you don't, exchange it for something different assuming the first saddle is in as new condition). 😉

Isn't it funny how what is commonly reported as one of the most comfortable seats on the market (Selle Italia Turbomatic 4) seems to be relatively unavailable in the U.S.? Go figure.

I might add that if you (swoop) are like me, I am very sensitive to fitting geometry. If you have to adjust the saddle to an odd angle to find comfort, that may be indicative of something else not being tuned for optimum fit. If something isn't adjusted quite right, the first place I usually feel it is in the worst place. 🙄

I really like the Fizik website. and I loooooved getting a box from Italy with something leather in it!!! 🙂 this saddle feels invisible to me. I love it! Oh I got the Vittesse.
but here is a picture of the saddle I got and WOW it was comfy on the first day.
Have you thought of trying a 'woman's' saddle. ? no don't laugh. really. some are so subtle and no one will know. LOL

Its slightly wider and if you get it gelled in the center it might be just the ticket you are looking for.

Remember that most seats are a lot more uncomfortable on a trainer than on the road......or at least that how it seems to me. I can easily do 70-100 miles on my Selle Italia SLR XP which is pretty narrow and padding-free, but it feels so uncomfortable after 45 minutes on a trainer.
