  1. I am controlling my blood pressure well most of the time(under 130/80)
by using 1 tablet of lodoz (6.5 mg of hydrochloridediazide and 5 mg of
bisoprolol) and 2 tablets of nifefipine(10 mg each sustained release).
It is a bit inconvenient as i have to take the nifedipine tablet once
in the morning and once in the afternoon. My doctor gave me a choice
between the current approach and taking a tablet of 30 mg nifedipine
gits for 24 hours' control. I kind of hesitate to go into the new
approach for fear that if it does not work i will not be able to come
    back to the old approach.

    Any suggestions,

    THX
