2010 use 105/Ultegra mainly, while 2007 uses Dura Ace/Ultegra. 2007 also uses Alex 270s vs 2010's Alex 220s. Seat post on the 2007 is carbon while the 2010 is Alloy. Not to mention the 2007 has a better design (personal preference).

Test ride them both and see which one gets you the most excited.
It's really hard to say, I personally like the components on the '07 a bit better but 'lightly used' is subject to interpretation and even if the '07 wasn't ridden a lot it's hard to say how the bike was maintained for the extra three years.
Ride them both, look them over, see how the shifting and braking feels, see if you like the front end and aero bar setup and adjustability on both and I suspect one will grab you more than the other. Bottom line, the geometry is the same, the frame is the same or very similar, components can be upgraded over time so it really comes down to which bike appeals to you more.
