I don't exactly know what the "fit kit 31" means, but I have a set of bars
with mounts that will fit a car with gutters. They are adjustable for the
width also.
Send details of the "31" if this isn't what you need.

Thule's "fit kits" are the pieces which adapt their mounting hardware to
the specific shape of a given vehicle's roof. If you have gutters, you
don't need a fit kit, but most new vehicles need a fit kit to attach
their roof racks.--
