Wheel Hub Slightly Bent - Can be fixed?

Are you talking about a bend in the rim or hub?
If hub, then you will need to replace the hub.
If rim, you can try to bring it back to original shape. You need to temporarily loosen spokes in the area, remove the spoke by the bend and carefully pound it back using wooden blocks.

Taking damage out of a rim is rarely a permanent fix.
Rim replacement is fairly easy and effective. If the damage is significant rim replacement makes the most sense.

Whoops my mistake. Yes, it is the rim that is bent not the hub. The impacked indented the rim at a specific point so it is no longer a perfect circle
