I just did a quick calculation on a set of handbuilts via the Boulder-Excels wheelbuilder calculator tool: $470 for a great set of wheels if you can add a bit to your budget. I got the same for a little more on Campy Record hubs. A really nice wheelset. The 23mm wide HED C2 rims make a palpable difference. Tough as nails, a fast rolling ride (18% lower RR than standard 19mm wide rims as measured by Continental), and supposedly the same aero benefit as Zipp's 101's (40 secs in the windtunnel on the Mavic Ksyrium's over 40k).
