    I had one of those days where you sit at your desk all day and don't actually achieve much. So come
    evening I thought it was time to take a bike out. Ten minutes later I'm 4 kilometers from home and a
    hundred and seventy metres higher - and a hundred metres of that on dirt <URL:

    And what goes up must come down:

    a) Full suspension is _great_ fun.
