What's an '01-02 F300 Cannondale worth?

Hello...

I have a mineral gray 2001 or 2002 Cannondale F300 mountain bike with Head
Shok. CAAD 2 frame. The bike is close to brand new... it's been out maybe
20 times at the most, and only once off road. Still has the tires and brake
pads that came on it, still in good condition. The component set isn't the
greatest. Shifters are SRAM 5.0 grip shifters, rear derailleur matches.
Front derailleur is a Shimano STX RC. 24-speed. No distinguishing labels
on the crankarms, pedals (standard with strapless toe clips) or brake
levers. Brake assemblies are side-pull Shimano, no model given, no quick
release. Cables are in excellent shape, bike is stored indoors and has been
tuned up once or twice already, though the shop didn't know why I brought it
in (free tune-ups). Standard rims, schrader valve tubes.

My mom gave my girl and I matching Mongoose mountain bikes, so I'm getting
rid of the Cannondale. I don't ride much, so the Mongoose bikes are fine.
I know the bikes are almost twice as heavy even though they claim to be
aliuminum (better component set though)

How much is a fair price to ask for this bike? The pedals that were
originally installed were removed for ones with a metal bearing case, then
replaced with the plastic bearing case pedals from the Mongoose as I destroy
the plastic case pedals in short order. This is the only part that has been
removed. I paid $700 for the bike. I was thinking $450 was reasonable. Is
anyone here interested? I live SW PA, 20 miles NE of Pittsburgh.

Thanks,

JS
