  1. from xenon to record what are the smoothest bits out of the new line up? for a training bike where lightness is not as important as smoothness what would be your pick?

  2. Veloce or Centaur are good value and durable.

  3. Main difference between Record and Chorus is bleeding edge weight - titanium instead of steel, carbon instead of aluminum. Has a more signifigant impact on price than it does on functionality or durability.

    Below Chorus, you may find design changes. Pedals lose a bearing, only two sets instead of three with Chorus/Record. Some components are nearly the same, some aren't.

  4. does anyone know of a resourse for which campy components have 3 bearings instead of 2?
