  1. what do you guys do during recovery or say retired from cycling..i know it's stupid to think of this but now because i cannot cycle or use my feet i am thinking if anyone goes through this stage as well and how did you go through it..

    Dunno.
    Not getting back on my bike wasn't an option I considered.

    Swimming is a common aerobic alternative to cycling ...

    Cross Country Skiing is a low impact activity if you live where there is snow OR roller skis if you don't have snow presuming you can stand on your feet ...

    What happened to your "feet" that precludes cycling?
