I've tried three times so far to get some tech manuals emailed to me, so far all with no response.
Klein's web site has Tech Manuals for downloading for 2001-2003, and pre 1997 models. However I'm looking for manuals for two years in-between 97 and '01:

Other then the automated reply 'One of our specialists will return your email shortly.' -- I never hear back from Klein.
Does anyone know where I can get the above manuals, preferable in electronic format?
