From reading many research articles on human longevity it is clear that only two things can
substantially prolong human life -- eating less to the point of being moderately hungry most of the
time and lowering body temperature. Both things seem to have something to do with slowing down
metabolism. Are there any other ways of slowing metabolism? One more question: Does regular exercise
slow down our metabolism or accelerates it?
