  1. I have been running for years now and today about 2 hours after my run
I got up from sitting down and felt a sharp pain in what feels like the
center of my heel and lower ankle. I can not walk without sharp pain
but I can walk on the ball of my foot ok. Does anyone know what this
could be? How long will it take to heal?

  2. You're a jogger..........my guess would be swollen ovaries.

I suggest you talk to a doctor or podiatrist.
