  1. I'm really skinny. I ride about 3-4 times a week for at least 25 miles. I also play several sports so I consider myself in pretty good shape. I can't seem to add on any weight. I never thought about taking any weight gainers, but now I am considering it. Anyone have any recommendations? I eat 3 solid meals a day currently.

If you are serious about cycling why do you want to gain weight? That will only be a disadvantage to you. Enjoy your "skinny-ness" 😄 I remember when I was 21 and weighed 165 pound (I am 6'4"😉 I was real skinny but I could climb real good. Now I am older and my metabolism has slowed down. I am still in good shape but much more muscular. I now weigh 215 lbs. I am fine on the flats but I really suffer on the climbs.
