  1. Hey there everybody.

    Yesterday I learned to SIF hop and can actually SIF higher than SI but
    I keep hearing that you go higher by pre-hopping.

    Does anyone have a video or a good explanation of what a pre-hop is?

    huge one to get the world record.

  3. klinton pretty much said it but it isn't always giant like that one in
    the vid. Watch any amature uni vid and most riders just do some small
    hops before unispins and hops to gain some balance and the right time
    to do the trick.
