  1. The last scenario was based on the idea that there was an anticodon on a proto tRNA and a codon
    on a mRNA.

    But if this is so early in history that the only RNA in this first days of the RNA world is a short
    single stranded tRNA , where does the mRNA come from?

    I tend to think that the first mRNA's were more tRNA's. Thus our primordial soup has two main
    characters: aa's and proto tRNA's. Sometimes the tRNA acts as codon, sometimes as anticodon.

    That suggests something interesting. Most tRNA's today are built for thermal stability. You can see
    that in any diagram. Note how GC bonds in the stems as if for strength, as if it was the steel beams
    of the molecule, and AU bonds at the end of the stems or in the loops along with all the circus of
    other somewhat weird base varieties.

    Now IF there is a thermal cycle and IF it sets up tRNA's in a shape with this structure, and IF
    these tRNA's are the first mRNA's THEN it suggests what will be coded - that which is in the tRNA's
    loops. And that is a mix of bases that are worth exploring. For instance they are not GC heavy, etc.

    The tRNA then may be a clue to what the first mRNA is like and what the first coding might be.

    The main points of my hypothesis are:
    1. How life began as a reaction to the sun/UV and the thermal cycle of hot-dry-sun/cold-wet-night.
    Then continued as an energy moderator with modification through descent.
    2. The Four Options and how they relate to thermodynamics, biological classification, the first
    cell, modification on all levels, psychological behavior of individuals and groups, inner
    conflicts and a therapy of resolving them, etc.
    3. Model showing relationship between adaptation fitness and natural selection. How it supports
    punctuated equilibrium and the 'slope and plateau' model etc.
