Hi Paul. Welcome to the Forum. Pretty broad question. ;D Is this some kind of school project or are you getting involved yourself? ??? There are all kinds of cycle sport! Such as road racing either "mass start" or time trials. There's triatholon, duathalon, ironman etc. There's track racing. There's mountain biking, either cross country, dual or downhill racing. All the different disciplines have their own specialised forms of equipment and of course different rules. Let the Forum know which ones you are interested in. 😉
