Trek cataloged it as "Metal Flake Blue/ USPS Team". Trek also cataloged a "Candy Blue" USPS team color for some models. They also had "Lance Signature Yellow"...equally unhelpful.You might email Trek's Customer Service with your model number and serial number for the supplier and formulation.
Failing that, almost any automotive body shop supply house will have no difficulty in selling you a very close match to your frame's OEM paint.
