What Bicycle is this?

In the States, that type of bike can be bought in any so-called BIG BOX store for under $200US ...

So, I would think that any non-specialty "department" store that carries bicycles should have one a similar/comparable bike available for only a little more than £100+ (shouldn't be more than £150).

That bike looks generic as alfeng says. Forks, tyres, hubs and other features including iron cranks are clues. Nice alloy frames are now generic.

Start by looking for similar at the chain stores, then compare prices and features with similar at bike shops, and then see that appearances are only skin deep.

For a comfy commuter the generic will do fine. The same generic can sport any name tag, colour scheme and specs according to the country and chainstore/bike shop. Despite the go-fast and stunt appearances they all have a disclaimer sticker saying this bike is intended for nothing more than plain cycling...
