  1. I cut and pasted this from another group, read these and reply to the author, Mrs Morrison.

I'll let the author speak for herself:

    Unreal.

    Ain't the Internet great!

This would be a local Illinois story if not for the Internet. Anyway, this one has caught fire and
is on every bike related newsgroup or mailing list that I read. Here goes a fun little link:

    ewg.orgfarmerdetail.php

Gary Morrison is the husband of our gal Joyce.

Subsidies are OK for farmers, apparently, but not for bicyclers. Joyce and Gary have been sucking on
    the Government teat for years.

Joyce, though masquerading as a mild mannered church lady, was in such a hurry to get to church that
when she was done fantasizing about men in tight britches she began to fantasize about running over
    men in tight britches.

I won't even begin to get into the long-used, well-worn and patently untrue arguments that cyclists
don't pay for roads or the myth that gas taxes do.

Please don't post this here -- it belongs in rec.bicycle.soc.
