I've had the chance to race in an Aquamn Pulsar and possibly this weekend in a Quintana Roo, Although I'm not sure wether it's an UltraFull or a SuperFull. Other Suits I've looked at are the Promotion Fluid Drive and Aquamans Blitz although the later two only on the web. It seems that the QR UltraFull, Aquaman Blitz and the promation are all in the same ball park price wise. However the Aquaman Pulsar I used was very nice, can anyone tell me how the upper end suits compare to these lower end models? Also any preferences, references experiances with these suits?
I'd try on the Ironman wetsuits as well before making a final decision. Evaluate how easy a suit is to strip off as it will affect your time when racing. I found QR suits impossible to strip off in under 5-10 minutes whereas the Ironman equivalent suits came off in 15-30 seconds. I have large calves and find the Ironman suit material more supple which makes removal much easier than QR. Some may find QR as good or better than Ironman... but I don't. Bottom line is try on all alternatives and buy the suit that comes off fastest "for you" as well as performs.

Like I said I hopefully be using a QR this weekend. The Aquaman came off no problem and was very comfortable. Problem is the one I wore was also very expensive, compared to some of the others. Again I guess you get what you pay for. Do any of these manufactures actually have demo's, or reps you can try out the product? I borrowed the Aquaman from a friend and teh QR I'm going to rent from a local store. Any other places to look?

I can recommend the Orca Speedsuit, it's very comfy, make sure it's tightish when your'e wearing it on land otherwise it'll slosh water around. It comes off very fast, very flexible and comfy in the water.
