When Stuie or Robbie come second in the Tour de Dapto you guys wet
yourself with excitement and write reams about their exploits
Sara Carrigan has won GOLD in the 2004 Olympics and you are strangely
quiet. Why?

Just been on CyclingPlus forum sticking it up the poms who are forever rabbitting on about Cook.
PS if your going to post re a recent race could you include 'SPOILER' in the subject so for people who may have taped it or whatever dont hate you for it

Because some people would have taped it last night to watch it after

Onya Sara.......What a great win!!.....how about her race winning break from
the lead group not long after bridging the gap across from the peleton. I
was hoping that Oenone Wood would get up for third (I went to uni with her
for a while) but she was pipped at the line and came fourth.....still a
great effort.
I couldn't believe the pace in the men's race the day before in the
heat.....it was just attack after attack. I saw the interview with Robbie
McKewan after the race and he looked shattered.
I thought that the coverage of both races left a lot to be desired
(especially compared to the coverage at the Sydney Games). There were way
too many helicopter shots, all of which had to have the audio feed for the
microphone in the helicoptor coming through just to remind viewers that the
shots weren't coming from a tree or something.
