Hi everyone,
I am having a weird reaction to water and would like some
opinions on the subject. I am finding that whenever I drink
water, it gives me dry mouth or makes me thirsty almost
immediately after I drink it. If I drink something with
flavor, like water with lemon, or punch, or a coke, I'm fine
and plenty of saliva is produced and they seem to quench by
thirst better.
But with water, it almost drains me of saliva. I'm perplexed
by this. I drink plenty of water, juices, cola, etc. Anybody
know of any conditions where water would cause thirst,
basically? I like water, drink plenty of
it. It just makes me thirsty, lol. I'd like a healthy
alternative to something like diet coke. I've found
diet versions of cranberry juice so that's an idea.
Thanks in advance,
Larry
